“Steps For Life” Program

What are the steps of a Surrogacy process ?

You will have the ISC team by your side every steps of the way through our unique “Steps for life” stress free process. We will walk you through each crucial step to ensure you are supported throughout your surrogacy journey.

1. Contact ISC

The Intended Parents fill out a form providing contact information for their FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION. An automatic email response is sent to the main email address to confirm the reception of the request of contact by the ISC Team.
Within 24 hours from the reception of the request by the Intended Parents, the ISC team will contact you to schedule a call meeting.

The phone or video conference call will overview:

  • Specific fertility needs of the Intended Parents, since each pregnancy follows its unique path
  • Deadlines implied in the process depending on the type of needs in fertility
  • Services offered by ISC
  • Costs and how they are distributed, fully transparent process
  • Expectations and questions by the Intended Parents
  • At the end of the call, a form will be sent and will have to be completed by the future parents

2. Presentation of different options and cost

Following the call with the Intended Parents and after receiving the completed form, ISC Directors send a Confidentiality Agreement and draft for the tailored Service “Steps for life” process with the costs.

3. Signature of the Agreements between Intended Parents and ISC

Following the reception of the agreements, another phone or videoconference call is scheduling to review every step and answer any questions future parents could have.
Signature of the Contracts (Confidentiality and Service Agreements) between the Intended Parents and ISC. Payment of the consulting and coordination fees according to contract , which include the setup of the Intended Parents’ secure personal portal on ISC’s servers.

4. Fertility Procedures and Selection of Surrogate Mother

Establishment of an agenda with the Intended Parents, the Fertility Clinic and the Surrogate Mother for the fertility treatments accordingly with the needs and the fertility cycle. The selection of the Surrogate Mother is made with ISC, the Clinic and the Intended Parents considering different factors such as compatibility with the Donor and the Surrogate Mother.

5. First Trip to Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan

Meeting and signature of the different Agreements between the Intended Parents, the Surrogate Mother and the Fertility Clinic. Payment for their respective services accordingly with the signed Agreements. The fertility process begins, full examination of the future parents, evaluation of their reproductive capacity and selection of donors if needed.

6. Fertilization of Surrogate Mother

The Surrogate Mother starts the procedure with the Fertility Clinic for the fertilization process and impregnation with the best embryo(s).

7. Pregnancy of Surrogate Mother

The Surrogate Mother is followed by the Medical team and the ISC Coordinator to ensure a smooth pregnancy. The Coordinator provides the Intended Parents with updates via their personal ISC portal. Such as medical exam, ultrasound , pictures, videos and photos of their future child with 3D imaging technology.

8. Preparations for the Delivery

At the 34th week of pregnancy, planning of the delivery details, arrangements for the Intended Parents’ travel to Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan (accommodations, reservation of the plane tickets, etc.).

9. Second Trip to Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan

The Future parents travel to Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan for the delivery. They are welcome by the ISC’s International Coordinator. The ISC team sets up the appointments with the different competent authorities for the finalization of the Legal documents and procedure. (trip duration: 2-4 weeks, but depending on your home country regulation the trip could extend further more)

10. Birth of the Child

The Child is born. The Parents and their Child meet for the first time.

11. Finalization of the Legal Documents

The Program Coordinator makes sure all necessary documents (Child's birth certificate, relinquish of the Surrogate Mother, if required by the Parents’ country and also the DNA certificate attesting the genetic link with the child) and their translation are in accordance with Kazakhstan’s or Kyrgyz laws and the Parents’ country laws. The Fertility Clinic provides the additional assessments required from the child, and all required Legal documents for the immigration of the child.

12. The Family Travels Back Home to Start a new Chapter of Their Life

ISC is there to support you and make sure you have all the information. The team of professionals make sure that you have all the legal documents required for your Child to come back home with you. Our team is always available to answer any question or concerns you may have. Everything is confidential and transparent with ISC, the contracts are clearly written, every amount for each step is clearly identified, no surprise fees.
