International Surrogacy Consulting’s team is dedicated in providing the Intended Parents with a smooth and effective service to ensure that they can exit the country legally and easily with their Child, to travel back home. The ISC team altogether speaks five languages; English, French, Russian, Kazakh and Kyrgyz.

Founder – CEO | Brigitte La Pensée
Brigitte is the founder and President of International Surrogacy Consulting (ISC). She supervises ISC’s operations and insures the integrity of every surrogacy program.
She had fertility issues herself and turned to adoption to start her own family. This process spread over a decade so she understands the deception and desperation that comes along with infertility. This is what drove her to want to help other couples living with these types of issues by offering them a great alternative to achieve their dream of becoming Parents.
Brigitte is the primary contact. She deals with all the Intended Parents with discretion and dedication. She introduces the different solutions to tailor a surrogacy program to fit the Intended Parents’ particular needs. She provides you direct support and is there to answer any question or inquiry you may have to guaranty your satisfaction. She overviews all of the programs’ financial aspects and performs all levels of administration regarding your personalized account.
Brigitte’s strength lays in her easiness in making connections between people no matter which country they live in. She is always available to help the Intended Parents with any given situation via email and telephone around the clock. She is the perfect resource to connect you with your dream of conceiving a Child.
Program Coordinator (Shymkent) Kazakhstan | Vera Atyaksheva
Vera is the Program Coordinator in Kazakhstan. She facilitates the communication between the Intended Parents, the Fertility Clinic and their Surrogate Mother.
She takes care of the Surrogate Mothers and the Intended Parents in Kazakhstan, from the Child’s conception to the Family’s exit of the country.
Part of her role is to supervise the recruitment, screening and follow-ups of the Surrogate Mothers throughout their pregnancy. She meets the Surrogate Mother once a week to ensure they feed themselves properly, exercise and overviews their general wellbeing. She brings them to doctor’s appointments biweekly.
She updates the Parents’ personal account on ISC’s servers whenever new information about the pregnancy is available, providing great reassurance to the Intended Parents about the development of their Child in Kazakhstan.
She provides the link between the Embassies in Kazakhstan and the Parents, since she speaks English as well as Kazakh and Russian, the local languages used in the country. She links the Parents with the translation services for the official translation of the Legal documents for the Child. She coordinates the Afterbirth Care personnel’s schedules to satisfy the new Parents’ needs with their Child’s care during the first week of the Child’s life, or longer if needed while being in Kazakhstan.


Program Coordinator (Almaty) Kazakhstan | Olga Gorkopenko
Olga is the Program coordinator in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She facilitates the communication between all parties and is taking care of all legal aspects of the process to insure the return to your home country with your child as quickly as possible.
She has been working in the field of adoption for different agencies for over 15 years. Her interaction with the different governmental authorities from the health departments to the migration service is a huge asset to navigate the parents throughout their journey. Her knowledge will definitely ease the process for all parties.
Her main role is to link the Parents with the officials, with a translation agency for the official translation of the Legal documents of the Child.
During the pregnancy, she is updating the Parents’ personal account on ISC’s servers whenever new information is available, providing great reassurance to the Intended Parents about the development of their Child in Kazakhstan. She also coordinates the Afterbirth Care personnel’s schedules to satisfy the new Parents’ needs with their Child’s care during the first week of the Child’s life, or longer if needed while being in Kazakhstan.

Fertility Coordinator | Svetlana Kulyova
Svetlana is the Fertility Coordinator for both Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, her role is to coordinate the fertility treatments’ agenda between the Intended Parents, the Surrogate Mother and the Fertility Clinic.
She ensures the accuracy and integrity of the information about the Donors and the DNA tests provided by the IVF Clinic which are used for the birth certificate, the immigration papers and the passport of the Child. She helps the Parents with the preparation of these necessary documents to facilitate their notarization which attests the legality of the entire surrogacy process in Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan.


Program Coordinator Kyrgyzstan | Tynai Ismailov
Tynai is the Program Coordinator in Kyrgyzstan. He facilitates the communication between the Intended Parents, the Fertility Clinic and their Surrogate Mother.
He takes care of the Surrogate Mothers and the Intended Parents in Kyrgyzstan, from the Child’s conception to the Family’s exit of the country.

Communication and Database Team
The Communication and Database Team maintains the integrity of the ISC’s database which is the private and secure portal which is the link between the ISC team, the Surrogate Mother, the Intended Parents and their upcoming Child. They overlook the communications between everyone involved to ensure a smooth journey. They are always on the lookout for new business opportunities and identify potential partners to develop and enhance the Intended Parent’s experience to ensure the longevity of ISC’s activities.

Legal Team
The ISC’s Legal services are located in both Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The Notary and the Lawyer overview the legal aspects of the ISC’s services to insure the legality of every gestational surrogacy. They monitor, advise and resolve all Legal issues that could occur, minimizing Legal risks of ISC’s cross-border surrogacy services for the Intended Parents. The Notary and the Lawyer help both the Intended Parents and their Surrogate Mother in understanding their respective contractual obligations. They ensure that the entire Legal process runs smoothly for all parties involved.
